He was predeceased by: his parents, Ersel Blaine and Donna Riggleman (Rumor). He is survived by: his wife Tina Louise Riggleman (Iman); his son Shane Riggleman (Misty) of Maysville, WV; and his granddaughter Ella Renae Riggleman. He is also survived by sister; and 2 brothers.
