She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert L. "Bob" Moore; her son Leonard Scott Martin; her siblings, Joan Heavener, Frederick Evans and Ronald Evans; and her brother-in-law John Barger.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Wayne Jackson; her daughters, Sandy Ratcliff (Mark) of Moorefield, WV, Tina Sites (Keith Ketterman) of Maysville, WV, Twanda Gould of Hagerstown, MD and Denise "Dee Dee" Taylor (Sam) of Martinsburg, WV; and her sisters, Kathy Kerns (Hallen) of Cabins, WV, Marsha Barger of Maysville, WV and Dreama Kelly (John) of Arthur, WV. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
