He is survived by: his children, Ralph Joseph "Joe" Layton (Amber) of Maysville, WV, Larry L. Layton (Jamie) of Maysville, WV and Lacie Lynn Layton of Beckley, WV; and his grandchildren, Olivia Layton, Eli Layton, Avalynn Geary, Landen Layton, Evan Mosman-Equerme and Dean Mosman-Equerme. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
