He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Gabe" Evans and Ramona Evans (Barr); and his brother Larry Evans. He is survived by: his sons, William R. Evans (Donna) of Fort Ashby, WV and Jon E. Evans of Maysville, WV; his siblings, Leon V. "Whitey" Evans (Andrea) of Maysville, WV, Barbara Zirkle (Ronnie) of Clarksburg, WV, Bonnia Carr of Maysville, WV and Debbie Crites of Moorefield, WV; and his close friend Linda Crawford. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
