She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arthur and Mary Ellen Spencer (Wilson); and her siblings, Donald Spencer and Donna Joyce Jemison. She is survived by: her husband Russell Stackpole; her children, Russel P. Stackpole II of Middlebourne, WV, Ronald Stackpole (Robin) of Bowling Green, KY and RaeEllen Stackpole of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Rachel Kubala (Trey), Hannah Riddle (Levi), Brody Miller, Breanna Kelley (Will), Jarod Stackpole (Ryleigh), Theodore Stackpole, Benjamin Stackpole and Alex Riley; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Ava, Isaiah, Malachi and Juliette; and her sister Peggy Jo Walsh of Steubenville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
