He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Chalmer and Margaret Rose Leek (Smith); his siblings, David Leek and Linda White; and his nephew Timmy White.
He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel Leek (Peggy) of Middlebourne, WV, John Leek (Belinda) of Middlebourne, WV, Donna Bushong (Russell) of North Carolina and Julie Titus (Bill) of Middlebourne, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
