It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Jean Baker Fletcher of Middlebourne, West Virginia, who passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Etta Lena Hamilton Baker and Fred Conway Baker; and her brother Donald Baker (Lee Fletcher). She is survived by: her children, Nancy Hart Fletcher Kester (Michael) of Middlebourne, WV. and LeMoyne Fletcher (Stephanie) of Frederick, MD; her grandsons, George Chapman Kester of Williamstown, WV and Robert LeMoyne Fletcher, IV of Frederick, MD.; and her family, Russell Evans of Morgantown, WV and Jordan Schultz of Moundsville, WV..
