She was predeceased by: her parents, John Luther Godbey and Gladys Marie Royal Godbey; her husband Kenneth Foley Sr.; and her sisters, Alice Godbey and Linda Alderman.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Foley Jr. of Midway; her grandchildren, Jessica Castanon, Patrick O'Neal and James O'Neal; and her sisters, Debbie Godbey of Coal City, Gail Cline of Amigo and Maybelle Edwards.
