He is survived by: his caregiver Norma Dolinger Radcliff; his daughters, Crystal Massie (Jerry) and Jamie Clay (Thomas); his granddaughter Eliza Massie; and his sister Sandy Carravallah (Thomas). He is also survived by family members and close friends.
