It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Wilson Chewning of Mill Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on October 8, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Rhodes Chewning and Bessie Dove Rader Chewning; his wife Geraldine June Currence; and his siblings, Delano Chewning, Ray Chewning, Velma Chewning Riegel, Pansy Chewning Taylor, Josephine and James Chewning.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall "ReRun" Chewning (Donette) of Mill Creek and Jeffrey Neil Chewning of Mill Creek.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Blue Rock Cemetery.
