Gail Lewis Armstrong; his children, Mandy Daniels (Travis) and Juston Armstrong (Angie); his grandchildren, Coy Daniels, Collin Daniels (Joie Bell), Caydin Daniels (Ryan Belcher), Monica Daniels, Kendall Armstrong, Korie Kane (Kane Bender) and Kenna Whitcomb (Kayla Woody); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Embrie, Everleigh, Dekan and Truett; his sisters, Donna Cool (Bill), Barbara McCauley (Troy) and Marsha Lanham (Preston); his mother-in-law Dorie Weese Lewis Liggett; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Chabut (Joe), Martha Lewis, Sonny Lewis (Lura), Brooks Lewis (Shirley), Steve Lewis (Sherri), Chip Lewis (Vera) and Michael Lewis (Kelly).
