He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey J. Hamrick and Minnie Evelyn Hamrick (Simmons); his wife Geraldine Hamrick; his daughter Thomasa Kelley (Penny); his brothers, Elmer and Clarence; and his great grandchild Brooke Ann Kelley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Stefanov (Steve) of North Carolina and Melissa Klahre (Michael) of Morgantown; his son-in-law Robert Kelley; his grandchildren, Shane Starcher (Rachel), Eric Kelley (Ashlee), Justin Kelley (Rachel), Katrina McClure (Wayne-Farmer), Ceirra Hammonds (Jordan), Jordan Stefanov, Christiana Stefanov, Brianna Stefanov, Evan Stefanov, Lana Stefanov, Ethan Stefanov, Sianna Stefanov and Caleb Klahre (Natalie); and his great grandchildren, Jayden Kelley, Addison Woofter, Elijah Kelly, Benjamin, Kenzie and Kolten Hammonds.
