He is survived by: his wife Zita Levon Rader; his children, William "Billy" Conrad Jr. (Bonnie) of Tequesta, FL, Shelley Downey (Jess) of Grafton, Marty Conrad (Lori) of Mill Creek and Brandy Conrad Wildman of Mill Creek; his sister Monna Markley of Waldorf, MD; his grandchildren, Chad, Paige, Brooke, Lacey, Lexie, Rylee, Oleg, Chase, Patrick and Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Tyler, Jaxon, Sadie, Cameron and Scarlett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services (158 Meadow Ln, Valley Bend, WV 26293). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
