She is survived by: her husband Jim Cobb; her children, Ashley Turley (Joseph) of Cross Lanes and Anthony Cobb (Monica Crouse) of Cross Lanes; her grandchildren, Christian Cobb and Lila Turley; her siblings, Ted Baldwin (Billie), Timmy Baldwin (Michelle), Lou Baldwin, Sharon Baldwin and Brenda Rutherford (Danny); and her sister-in-law Tina Baldwin.

In keeping with her loving and generous spirit, Reba gave the gift of life through organ, tissue, and cornea donation.
