He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Beilstein and Marilyn Drew Beilstein of Waverly, OH.; his wife Melissa Dettmer Beilstein of Milton, WV; his children, Kelsey Beilstein of Milton, WV, Jacob Beilstein of Milton, WV, Nathan Beilstein of Milton, WV, Ryan Beilstein of Milton, WV and Owen Beilstein of Milton, WV; and his brother Daniel Beilstein of Waverly, OH.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to one of the three organizations; Lilly's Place in Huntington, WV, The Ronald McDonald House, and Covenant Christian School Family Emergency Fund.
