He was predeceased by: his father Everett Ray Neal; and his brother Ray Neal of Milton, WV.. He is survived by: his daughters, Leanna Neal (Craig Johnston) of Richmond, OH and Kalee Neal of Phoenix, AZ.; his grandson Karyk Johnston of Richmond, OH; and his siblings, Alan Neal (Sherry) of Rock Hill, SC, Barbara Hellyer of Las Vegas, NV, David Neal (Kelley) of Gallipolis, OH, Don Neal (Angie) of Milton, WV and Caren Neal of Milton, WV.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
