He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Treadway and Eddie Fransis Sprouse Treadway; his wife Rose Ann Richmond Treadway; his son Martin L Treadway; his grandson Matthew D. Grubb; and his siblings, George, Albert, Red, Vernie, Cecil, Elsie, Annie (Francis), Daisy and Mary Ombler (Eddie Sissy).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Grubb (Chester) and Robert J Treadway, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Sarah B. Hamilton, Cierra N. Hamilton, Austin Treadway, Summer L. Treadway, Jenasen Treadway and River D. Treadway. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
