He was predeceased by : his parents, George Bradford and Estella Bernadine Neal (Baker); his former life partner Dorothy Neal; his stepson David Kesterson; and his siblings, Paul Edwin Neal and Irene Tracewell.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Kesterson Neal; his children, Yvonne Neal Morehouse (Roliff) of Mineral Wells and G. Baker Neal, Jr. (Kellie) of Milton, WV; his stepdaughter Debra Lyn Schroth (Jim) of Melbourne, FL; his grandchildren, Ryan Neal Morehouse, Scott Alan Morehouse, Jason Alan Neal and Joshua Nathaniel Neal; his stepgrandchildren, Skyler and Sierra Schroth; his sister Mary Neal Christian; and his good fishing buddy Paul Walton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

I recognized the name immediately and my thoughts went back to us meeting at the “two trees” at the entrance to Clegg St to ride our bikes. Such good memories. I live in S Parkersburg.
