She is survived by: her mother Leota "Jean" Shaffer (Knight) of Mineral Wells; her siblings, Gale Norman (Bob) of Davisville, WV, Sharon Dye (Mark) of Mineral Wells, WV, Melody Flowers of Mineral Wells, Douglas Shaffer of Mineral Wells and Mark Shaffer (Felicia) of Mineral Wells; and her stepson Heath D. Phillips of Sparks, Nevada.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
