With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Eugene Smith of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, born in Gay, West Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2022 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Edward and Glada Irene Riddle Smith; and his siblings, Shirley, Katherine and Wallace.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Marie Graham Smith; his children, Tina Bailey, Eugene Smith II and Anita Tibbs; his grandchildren, Mark, Drew, Mollie, Timmy, Madison and Taylor; and his siblings, Richard Smith (Sharon), Ted Smith (Bev) and Marion Somerville. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
