He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Freeman and Effie Sell Loughry; and his wife Phyllis Furgerson Loughry. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Frey (Mike) and Geraldine Retherford (Steve); his grandchildren, Bryan Frey, Nicole Findley (Chris), Heather Frey (John), Kellie Schneider, Steven Retherford and Sabrina House (Buddy); and his nieces, Debbie and Marty. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
