It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Coleman of Mohawk, West Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Coleman and Ruth Coleman (Mounts); his brother Willie Dwayne Coleman; his grandparents, Elige and Stella Coleman; his children, Makayla Grace Coleman of Panther, WV and Bradley Steven Coleman (Laken Rash); his grandmother Justice; his siblings, Katrina Hunt (Frankie) of Mohawk, WV, Stella Dawn Rowe (Randy) of Panther, WV and Bobby Coleman (Angela); his siblings' children, Autumn Coleman (Casey Toler) of Mohawk, Frankie of Panther, WV, Owen Hunt of Panther, WV and Brandon Rowe (Kylie Bryant) of Panther, WV; and his grandmother Rosa Thompson (Glenn) of Abington, VA.. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Panther Missionary Baptist Church (362 Greenbrier Mountain Rd, Panther, WV 24872). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
