He was predeceased by: his parents, Aden Albert Blocker and Alta M. Lieving Blocker; his former wife Ann Chaiko Blocker; his wife Lucille Ann Loss Blocker; his siblings, Margerite Nickles, Alfreda Colosino, James, Carl, William, Jack and Kenneth Blocker; his stepdaughters, Barbara Ann Tennant and JoEllen Edwards; and his grandsons, Christopher Thomas Nottingham and Michael Tennant.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Blocker (Karen) of Clarksburg and Vicki Nottingham (Tom) of Worthington; his stepson Alan Tennant (Rebecca) of Elkins; his grandchildren, Jeff Blocker (Monica), Eric Blocker, Chad Nottingham (Miranda), Robert Joy (Mary Beth Taylor), Michael Joy (Lisa), Jennifer Ann Tennant, Rebekah Shoobridge (Jason) and Aaron Edwards; his great grandchildren, Devin Anthony Joy (Kisha), Stephen Joy (Alina), Marissa Joy, Michael Joy, Colin Shoobridge, Logan Shoobridge, Elias Nottingham, Sadie Nottingham, Hunter Collins and Randyn Collins; Sadie. He is also survived by seven great-great grandchildren; many beloved nieces and nephews, and special neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Monongah Baptist Church.
