She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Bragg and Anna Doris Bragg (Floyd); her husband Teddy Wilson Harbert, Sr.; her siblings, Raymond Bragg, Jr. and Norma Jean Coleman; and her brother-in-law Ferrell Harbert.

She is survived by : her children, Rae Ann Carter (Charles) of Monongah, Bradford Allen Harbert (Tammy) of Monongah and Teddy Wilson Harbert, Jr. of Hutchinson; her grandchildren, Amber Gaines (Amos) of Morgantown, Ashlyn Stoneking of Monongah, Teddy Brennan Harbert (Jennifer McMasters) of Fairmont, Ryan Harbert (Ashley) of Monongah and Evan Harbert of Huntington; and her siblings, Don Bragg (Linda), Rick Bragg (Debbie) of Cottondale, AL, Randy Bragg (Brenda) of Mannington, Sherry Puccio (Tony) of Monongah and Dottie Harbert of Monongah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
