She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fraley and Charlotte Fraley. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Blake of Ohio, Mary Madison of Charlton Heights, WV, William Blake (Celeste) of Duncan, SC and Christopher Morris; her grandchildren, Melissa Madison (Jennifer Evans) and Brad Madison II (Layna) of Cheyenne, Wyoming.; and her great grandchild Wyatt G Madison of Ripley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the O'Dell Funeral Home (1301 Fayette Pike W, Montgomery, WV 25136). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
