He was predeceased by: his parents, June Case Perdue and Orville Jack Case Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Louise Case; his granddaughter Indea Irene Richardson; his sisters-in-law, Dee Bolen (Leo) and Barb Parrott (Brian); his nephew Dustin; his sister-in-law Becky; and his nephew Jason. He is also survived by his numerous cousins and lifelong friends.
If anyone would like to honor Jack's memory, please donate to your favorite charity in his name or to the Bowers Hospice House in Beckley where the staff were very compassionate and gave Jack excellent care.
