He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Allen Wilfong and Bessie Canfield Wilfong; his brothers, Michael Douglas Wilfong and Randy Lynn Wilfong; and his grandson Jack Allen Wilfong.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Allen Wilfong (Shannon) of Montrose and Allison Dawn Wilfong of Montrose; and his grandchildren, Aiden Michael, Annaleigh Michelle, Audrey Makenna and Ashlyn Meredith. He is also survived by grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Randolph Funeral Home and Cremation Services (158 Meadow Ln, Valley Bend, WV 26293). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Elkins Fresenius Kidney Clinic and the National Kidney Foundation for the special care they showed him during his journey over the last ten years.
