He is survived by: his daughter Mariah Leann Phillips Shiflett (Philip Andrew) of Elkins; his sister Crystal Dawn Moyer of Montrose; and his grandchildren, Karli Renee Shiflett, Raelyn Grace Shiflett and Clayton Michael Wade Shiflett.
