He is survived by: his siblings, George S. "Butch" Kuykendall, Jr. (Lenore) of Edinburg, VA, Robert L. "Bob" Kuykendall of Moorefield, WV and Barbara Kuykendall-Copp of Woodstock, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
