She is survived by: her fiancé Randy Kincaid; her sons, Rocky Barnes (Stacy Wolford) of Moorefield, WV, Joseph Cook (Kelly) of Weirton, WV and Michael Cook of Moorefield, WV; her granddaughter Elizabeth Cook; her siblings, Donald Lewis of Points, WV and Betty Fox of Morgantown, WV; her close friend Deby Arbaugh; and her pet Bentley. She is also survived by 3 nieces, 5 nephews, 2 great-nieces and 7 great-nephews.
