He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren William Harper and Marguerite Elizabeth Harper (Hott). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Harper (Strosnider); his daughter Melanie of Richmond, VA; and his granddaughter Marguerite Adeline. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, two sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
