She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edward Ketterman and Vada Rebecca Simmons Ketterman; her husband Charles J. Riffey; and her brother Glenn. She is survived by: her stepmother Virginia L. Fisher Ketterman; and her siblings, Dale, Alice Cross (Robert) of Moorefield, WV and Hilda Raines of Brandywine, WV. She is also survived by three nieces, two great-nieces and a great-nephew.
