She was predeceased by : her parents, Melvin Paige Wolfe and Hazel Ruth Thomas Wolfe; and her husband Charles Norman "Sam" Whitener. She is survived by : her son Dr. Michael P. Riggleman; her daughter-in-law Kelly Riggleman; her sisters, Lola Crider, Armeda Nosal and Judy Wolfe; and her grandchildren, Garrett, Emily and Sydney.
