He was predeceased by: his grandfather George W. Bell; and his aunt Mary White. He is survived by: his brothers, Christopher Bell and Russ Volker, III; his grandparents, Margy Wratchford of Moorefield, Don Crites (Sylvia) of Moorefield and Rosalie Bell of Petersburg; and his friend Eva. He is also survived by two nieces and four nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
