Kifer of Moorefield, West Virginia, born in Manassas, Virginia, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Carlos Dolby and Mattie Elizabeth Dolby (Delp); her husband James Kifer; her son Edward Alben Kifer; her sisters, Mildred Ann Mullins and Mattie Mae Jackson; and her granddaughter Sherie Renee Pratt.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Teresa Kifer of Moorefield, WV, Jimmy Kifer (Shannon) of Old Fields, WV and Doug Dolby of Moorefield, WV; her siblings, Janet Osborne (Jimmy) of Dallas, NC, Rita Mullins (Billy) of Pound, VA and Walter C. Dolby (Karen) of Middletown, VA; and her close friend Kathy Roop. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
