He is survived by: his wife Crystal VanMeter; his children, Samantha Christelle Miller (Terry) of Rig, WV, Katylin Elaina-Jean Thorne of Harrisonburg, VA and Emmanuel Irvin Thorne of Petersburg, WV; his adoptive son Johnathan Phillips (Holly) of Moorefield, WV; and his sister Debra Riggleman of Morgantown, WV. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren.
