She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Pratt and Ida Pratt (Reel); her husband Carl Hines; and her sons, Carl Hines, Jr., David Hines, Victor and Kenny.

She is survived by : her children, Peggy Wratchford of Moorefield, WV, Ray Hines of Moorefield and Paul Hines of Old Fields, WV. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several step-brothers and step-sisters.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McKee Funeral Home of Baker (17414 WV-55, Wardensville, WV 26801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
