He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halbert Wilson and Dora Catherine Wratchford Wilson; and his wife Elma Barr Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Randy Wilson (Delores), Detarae Biser (Rick), Kim Stump (Bryon), Ronda Kesner of Moorefield, WV and Donnie Barr (Teresa) of Petersburg, WV; and his brothers, H. Junior Wilson and Vance Wilson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandson; his 4-legged furry companion "Sam" and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice in honor of Ray's memory.
