He was predeceased by: his parents, Machir Inskeep Williams and Margaret Ann Williams (Hyde); his brothers, George Williams of Cumberland, MD and Paul Williams of Moorefield, WV; and his parents-in-law, John and Rose Pancake (Fretwell) of Romney, WV..
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jeanne "Betty" Pancake (Betty); his children, Margaret Miltenberger (Chris) of Fort Ashby, WV, Samuel Inskeep Williams (Kelly Sloan), Robert Renick Williams (Micheline Wise) and Mary Elizabeth Williams (Jim Martin); his siblings, Sidney Gooding (Paul) of Campobello, SC and Edward Williams (Patricia) of Moorefield, WV.; his grandchildren, Paul Renick Miltenberger, Katie Rose Miltenberger, Austin Renick Williams (Emily), Sloan Inskeep Williams, Thomas Cunningham Williams, Amber Rose Williams, James Renick Williams, Elizabeth Marlaine Williams and Geoffrey Samuel Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Williams of West Chester, OH and Margy Newton of Moorefield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fraley Funeral Home Chapel (107 Washington St, Moorefield, WV 26836). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Moorefield Presbyterian Church (109 S Main St, Moorefield, WV 26836).
Memorials in Renick's honor may be made to the Moorefield Presbyterian Church or the Hardy County Community Foundation for the RCW Entrepreneurship Fund for community grants, PO Box 664, Moorefield, WV 26836. He was strong and very active until being afflicted with Parkinson's Disease and is now free of physical limitations and at peace with the Lord.
