It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger J. Kessel of Moorefield, West Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Kessel and Mildred Kessel (Parker); and his sister Edna Kessel Poling. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie K. Kessel (Rexroad); his children, Ronda Polvi of Warrenton, VA, Millie Waddell of Martinsburg, WV and Brian Lee Kessel of Australia; his stepson Rodney Riggleman (Lori) of Fisher, WV; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Rexroad of Arthur, WV and Gerald Rexroad of Harpers Ferry, WV. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two step grandchildren.
