Rosa Lee Armentrout Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Lee Armentrout of Moorefield, West Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loring "Harvey" John Crites and Bonnie Lee Crites (Shreve); and her siblings, Beverly Ann "Sue" Hines, John William Crites and Matthew Edward Crites.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley L. Armentrout; her sons, Wade Armentrout (Shelly) of Old Fields, WV and Greg Armentrout (Heather) of Cadiz, KY; her grandchildren, Kailee Armentrout, Barrett Armentrout and Beatrice Rose Armentrout; her brothers, Steve Crites (Shirley) of Moorefield, WV, Loring "Bubby" Crites of Petersburg, WV, Scott Crites of Moorefield, WV and Fred Crites of Moorefield, WV; and her siblings-in-law, Mark Hines, Brenda Crites and Linda Crites. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Rose's family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Charity of donor's choice.
