He is survived by: his girlfriend Carolyn Jo Griffith of Moorefield; his children, William Richard Tully (Monica) of Lake Wylie, SC and Amanda Marie Tully of Charleston, SC; his grandchildren, Brandi Ford, Zachary Tully and Andrew Tully; and his great grandchildren, Chase Dalla Riva and Arryana Noll.
