He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence McKinney and Georgia Bittinger McKinney. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph McKinney, Robert McKinney and Kenneth McKinney.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beverly Hills Cemetery (1290 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, WV 26501).
