He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Rafus and Veronika Kendrala Rafus; his wife Dolores Jean Rafus; and his siblings, Catherine Dwyer, Josephine Humphreys, Mary McCrohan, Anna Steiner, Victoria Marsack, Anges Babich, Franklin Rafus, William Rafus and Joseph Rafus.
He is survived by: his daughter Andrea "Michele" Rafus; his grandson Tobias Fleece; his sister Amelia Frances Raven; his extended family, Donna Jean Mechant and Katie Kennell; and his brother-in-law Joe Farace.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (1 Guthrie Ln, Morgantown, WV 26508). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in Andy's honor to St. Ursula's Food Pantry.
