She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthias Kuhn and Margaret Ganz Kuhn; her husband William L. Smith; her siblings, Rev. George Kuhn, Emile, Jim, Norman, Humberta Patterson, Marry Kuhn Leonard, Jerome, Austin and Kitty Krouse; and her stepchildren, Sandra Munns, Scott Smith and Doug Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra (William Batson) of Knoxville, TN; her granddaughter Kylie (Matthew Gentry) of Englewood, TN; her great grandchildren, Matthew Gentry, Charlotte Gentry, Maren Gentry, Arthur Munns, Gregg Munns and Virginia Ward; her brother Joe Kuhn; Rev. John P. McDonough, V. F., Gary Naegele and Rev. John V. DiBacco.
