She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Edmund Palmer and Ida Mathilda Johnson; her husband Donald Stewart; and her sisters, RaChel Palmer and Carolyn Cosentino.

She is survived by: her children, Dawn R. Kuhn (Kevin) of Reynoldsburg, OH, James Stewart (Michelle) of Burton, WV, Jeffry Stewart (Kelli) of Fairview, WV and John'Chris'Foley (Sherry) of Salisbury, NC.; her grandchildren, Joshua Kuhn, Ryan Stewart (Chrystina), Jami Carpenter (Andrew), Jacob Tscherch, Kyndra Tucker (Kobe), Kyndle Stewart and Caelan Stinson; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Ruby, Cooper and Violet.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fred L Jenkins Funeral Home (10 S High St, Morgantown, WV 26501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
