We announce the death of Charalla Ruth Kitzmiller of Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Burton and Helen Norman Kitzmiller; her son Jeffrey McArdle; and her siblings, Richard, Robert Kitzmiller, Rosalie Moore and Norma Flowers.
She is survived by: her son Stacey McArdle; her grandchildren, Jackie, Jared McArdle, Elijah, Seth and Kia McArdle; her brothers, Mark Kitzmiller (Jane) and Tony Kitzmiller (Joyce); and her sister-in-law Gloria Kitzmiller of Morgantown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Smith Funeral & Cremation Care (108 Holland Ave, Westover, WV 26501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
