Charles Lawrence Beall Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lawrence Beall (Morgantown, West Virginia), born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on December 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert and Wilma Geraldine Troy Beall of Mannington, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Ann Davis Beall; his children, Lauren Beall Stupar (Scott) and Brad Beall (Amy); his grandchildren, Jacob Stupar, Emmalyn Beall and Braelyn Beall; his sister Sally Beall Kolb (Charlie); and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Davis Welsh (Jim), Chris Davis (Paula) and Woody Davis. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
