She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Robert Hartzell, James and Beverly O'Dowd; and her aunt Susan Hartzell. She is survived by : her parents, Bob O'Dowd and Carolyn O'Dowd; her siblings, Kayla O'Dowd, Chris and Matt Hartzell; her grandmother Marge Hartzell; her close friend Ryan Cerulli; and her sister Anna Sousa. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Cheyenne's family requests that donations be made to NEPA Pet Rescue at nepapetrescue.com.
