He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anna Lee Floyd, H. G. Floyd, Byron Phillips and Helen Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Jane Phillips and Bradley Elliot Phillips; and his brother Timothy Gibson Phillips.
